2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and that you meet this age requirement.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing access or allowing unauthorized use of your account is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, text, graphics, videos, quizzes, and other content on our platform are owned or licensed by Biz Mentor Pro. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reproducing, selling, or redistributing course content without authorization
  • Misrepresenting your identity or credentials
  • Interfering with platform security or integrity
  • Submitting fraudulent or abusive refund requests

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All prices are displayed in USD or CHF. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Access to paid content is granted once payment is successfully completed.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all individual course purchases.

You may request a full refund if all the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • You have viewed no more than 20% of the course content (videos, quizzes, downloads).
  • Your account remains in good standing and is not under investigation for any misuse.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these criteria or appear abusive.

How to Request a Refund:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order or transaction ID
  • Brief reason for the refund request (optional, helps us improve)

Note: Refunds are not available for team subscriptions, bulk licensing, gift purchases, or courses acquired through third-party bundles or promotions.

If you experience technical issues preventing course access, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with you to resolve the issue or consider a case-by-case extension of the refund period.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraud, or other unlawful activities. Upon termination, your access to all content will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Biz Mentor Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Winterthur, Switzerland.
